U.S. Cavalor Riders Celebrate A Great Weekend of Competition

Montreal, Canada - May 17, 2010 - American show jumping riders Lauren Hough and Hillary Dobbs enjoyed a great weekend of competition at events in Hamburg, Germany and La Baule, France. Lauren Hough and mount Quick Study were the last horse-and-rider combination out of a starting field of 48 to enter the ring for the first round of competition in the second leg of the Global Champions Tour in Hamburg, Germany, this past weekend. The pair would finish the first round without penalty to move onto the jump-off round, where they once again put in a flawless effort to win the class in a time of 42.46 seconds.
Fellow Cavalor rider, and "Cavalor Young Champion," Hillary Dobbs helped the U.S. team to a second place finish at the Meydan Nations' Cup in La Baule, France aboard Quincy B. Dobbs also finished in fourth place in the Prix du Cinquantenaire with Marengo and fifth in the Prix Generali with Corlett.
